Meet Darlene

For over three decades, Darlene Geller-Stoff has been considered one the contact center industry’s top experts. Her consulting practice, Direct Communication Specialists, founded in 1983, helps companies improve their contact center operations, select the best contact center technology platforms, deliver world-class customer engagement and comply with all regulations.


Association Leadership

Ms. Geller-Stoff is a founding member of the American Teleservices Association (ATA), now Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) and has been active since 1983. She has served as a legislative and compliance expert and on the Association’s National Board of Directors and as a Chapter President.  While a member of the National Board, Ms. Geller-Stoff published the Journal of the American Telemarketing Association, the first research-based scholarly journal for the call center and teleservices industry. Ms. Geller-Stoff is a Past President of the Society for Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP) and is a member of Society of Communication and Technology Consultants (SCTC).
